Client Requirements
When purchasing a package from Forum Focus feel free to message me with any specific requirements you may have for your website. We are open to your needs and will adjust to them. However, please try to do this before we get started on your website. If website requirements are changed midway through posts will not be refunded or redone. If there are posts still remaining we will follow through with those but again we will not redo any that have been completed.
In the event that the client insists on impossible goals for their website we will try our best to meet them. However there are times when requirements are absurd therefore making the job impossible to finish. In those cases we will do as much as we can and then the job will be put on hold or closed. I will send out recomendations to make your website more accesible. If you chose to follow them then we will begin work on your site again. If you choose not to then the job will remain closed and no refund will be issued. This is again a company policy to avoid being scammed.
